Booking & Reservations

You can book an airport transfer through our website by entering your pickup location, destination, date, and time. Select your preferred vehicle type, provide your flight details, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details immediately.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard transfers. For peak periods (holidays, early morning flights, or large group bookings), booking 3–7 days ahead ensures better vehicle availability. Last-minute bookings are accepted up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup, subject to availability.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time without any fees. Changes made within 12 hours may incur a small administrative fee. To modify your booking, log into your account or contact our support team with your booking reference number.

For groups of 8 or more passengers, please contact our group booking department directly at groups@airporttaxistransfer.com or call us. We'll provide a customised quote, coordinate multiple vehicles if needed, and assign a dedicated coordinator for your group.

Airport Services

Our Meet & Greet service means your driver will be waiting for you inside the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. They will help you with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle. This service is included free with every airport transfer booking.

Yes, we use real-time flight tracking for all airport pickups. Our system automatically monitors your flight status and adjusts your driver's arrival time based on early arrivals, delays, or diversions. You don't need to do anything — your driver will be there when you land.

For airport pickups, your driver will wait up to 90 minutes from your actual landing time at no extra charge. This allows plenty of time for deplaning, passport control, and baggage claim. For non-airport pickups, the waiting time is 15 minutes before additional charges apply.

If your flight changes terminals, don't worry. Our flight tracking system often catches this automatically. If not, simply call our 24/7 support line with your booking reference, and we'll redirect your driver to the correct terminal immediately.

Pricing & Payment

Yes, we offer fixed, transparent pricing. The price you see at booking is exactly what you pay — no hidden fees, surge pricing, or meter charges. All airport access fees, parking charges, and taxes are included in your quoted fare.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For corporate accounts, we offer invoice payment options with net 30 terms subject to credit approval.

Additional charges may apply for: waiting time beyond the grace period, extra stops not included in your booking, oversized luggage requiring additional vehicles, and late-night/early-morning pickups (11 PM – 5 AM) which have a small surcharge. All extras are clearly communicated before you confirm your booking.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. If you cancelled within the free cancellation period, you'll receive a full refund. For eligible late cancellations or service issues, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.

Vehicles & Capacity

We offer: Saloon Cars (up to 4 passengers, 2 suitcases), MPV5 (up to 5 passengers, 4 suitcases), MPV8 (up to 8 passengers, 6 suitcases), MPV16 (up to 16 passengers, 12 suitcases), Executive Cars (Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series), and Luxury Vans for premium group travel.

Each vehicle type has specific luggage capacity. As a guideline: Saloons fit 2–3 suitcases, MPV5 fits 4–5 suitcases, MPV8 fits 6–8 suitcases. For sports equipment, wheelchairs, or oversized items, please mention these during booking so we can allocate an appropriate vehicle.

Yes, we provide child seats and booster seats free of charge upon request. You can specify your requirements during the booking process. Please note that availability may be limited, so we recommend requesting child seats at least 48 hours in advance.

Drivers & Safety

Absolutely. Every driver holds a valid Private Hire licence, undergoes enhanced DBS background checks, completes rigorous driver training, and is fully insured. We never use unlicensed subcontractors.

Yes, you'll receive your driver's name, photo, and contact number via SMS and email 2 hours before your scheduled pickup. You can also track your driver's location in real-time through our mobile app or web portal.

If you can't locate your driver, call our 24/7 support line immediately. We'll contact the driver and resolve the situation within minutes. Never leave with a driver who doesn't match the details we provided.

To file a complaint, email complaints@airporttaxistransfer.com with your booking reference, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence (photos, screenshots). We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 5 business days.
