Confirmed bookings are assigned with pickup time, address or airport, passenger name, and flight number when relevant. Wait in the arrivals hall with a name board after baggage reclaim unless the job says a specific door. We track flights — stay in range for the included waiting time (up to 90 minutes from landing). If the passenger does not appear, call them, then dispatch, and do not leave until dispatch confirms.
